In the Sundarbans area of West Bengal, small children are forced to travel to far off places either on foot or small riverboats to reach their school. Those who cannot keep up with this tiresome daily routine drop out of the school and the number of such children is very high. Due to unavailability of primary schools in the nearby areas combined with the ignorance of the parents about the importance of pre-primary schooling, hundreds of children are pushed into child labour. You are their only hope, give them a second chance in life.

Children in rural areas face numerous challenges to get an education. They often do not live near the school and have to walk for many miles to reach their classes, reducing their study time and leading to poorer results. The situation is especially harsh in the Sundarbans of West Bengal, where children even have to travel on small riverboats to reach their school. Those who cannot keep up with this daily ordeal, drop out without a second chance.
