Unemployment and under-employment have been a long-standing problem in our economy, especially in rural regions. Majority of whom are working as unskilled labor and are prone to harsh working conditions and low-income generation. This is primarily due to lack of Skill in any particular area. With an aim to tackle this issue we established Utkarsh Vocational Training Centre in 2009. We provide skill development courses in both Farm and Non-Farm sectors. With our interventions we have been able to upskill 6000+ rural youth and women till date
